The Terrible 10: College Football's Biggest Disappointments (11-1)


10.  New Mexico State’s Offense
They only managed 62 yards to total offense in route to their 45-0 beat down by the Buckeyes.

9) Akron (1-7)
The Zips have allowed almost twice as many touchdowns as they’ve scored. Next: Kent State.

8) Washington State (1-7)
They let the Irish score three touchdowns in the second quarter.. Next: Arizona

7)  Miami Ohio (1-8)
The Redhawks are finally on the board, don’t expect it that to continue. Next: Temple

6) Ball State (1-8)
A tough, hard fought game but they still came up short. Next: Northern Illinois 11/12

5)  Brandon Spikes gauging Washeun Ealey’s eyes
A big win turns sour for the Gators. Will Urban defend or suspend his star linebacker?

4)  Western Kentucky (0-8)
The easiest game on their schedule and they still give up 68. Next: Troy

3) Eastern Michigan (0-8)
I bet Arkansas wishes they could play Eastern ever week. Next: Northern Illinois

2) New Mexico (0-8)
They might get Utah looking ahead to TCU, too bad it still wont matter. Next: Utah

1) Rice (0-8)
The Owls are doing all they can to hold the top spot on the poll. Next: SMU
